FAQ:
Do you accept insurance?
We have chosen not to accept insurance, except for HSA/FSA cards, to help keep costs lower for you. Traditional healthcare systems can charge as much as $600 for a physical therapy evaluation and $200-$300 for follow-up visits. At The Gymnastics Physio, you’ll receive personalized, one-on-one care at a more affordable rate. With many high-deductible insurance plans having deductibles of $10,000 or more, you'll save money in the long run by paying directly for services.
Do I need a referral from my doctor?
In all states, a referral from your doctor is not required to receive physical therapy services. While each state has its own specific regulations, we will discuss any relevant requirements during your initial evaluation. I am currently licensed to provide physical therapy in MN, IL, TX, AL, IN, KS, MO, and UT. No referral or state license is necessary for coaching services.
How do I know that you are right for me?
I have extensive experience working with both male and female gymnasts, as well as dancers. As a former gymnast and current gymnastics judge, I bring a unique understanding of the sport to my practice. We offer a free discovery consultation to help determine if we're the right fit to support you in reaching your goals. Simply fill out the form below to schedule your consultation!
